The programme will promote greater multi-agency working and collaboration, to ensure families receive joined-up support when they need it. We are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement work to engage with potential suppliers and other persons for the purpose of identifying requirements and designing a model that address the needs of the community. The timeline for the tender process will be published in the Tender Notice. TUPE may be applicable as there are providers delivering the services at present.
