Description
Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is required to meet all statutory obligations in relation to its Housing stock. The housing stock asset management function is controlled by the MKCC Housing Maintenance and Investment (HMI) team. The Council has a requirement for a competent and capable supplier to deliver the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in response to block communal Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA). PPM will include General Need Blocks and Sheltered Housing (SH) Schemes common water assets, and Sheltered Housing Schemes' dwelling temperature checks, TMV services and shower and tap cleans/descales.
