Description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Health, Social and related services. ECC are tendering two call-off contracts, one using ECC terms and conditions and the other using NHS Terms and conditions. This framework is broken down into 3 lots:\r
Lot 1 -Care in a residential setting without nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r
Lot 2 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over, commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r
Lot 3 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for NHS funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ICBs using NHS terms and conditions.

This tender is applicable to Residential Care Homes located within the boundaries of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees. The Care Home will be registered with the Care Quality Commission for the regulated service - Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, with the specialism of learning disabilities. Mental Health Supported Living-Phase 2- Camden Council

This procurement is Phase 2 of the Mental Health Supported Living (MHSL) procurement. MHSL will provide accommodation-based support for people with serious mental illness (SMI), which includes conditions such as psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia), bipolar disorder and personality disorder. Accommodation with Housing Related Support for Homeless Adults in Dudley

Dudley MBC is seeking to invite interest in the provision of housing related support. Support must be delivered within accommodation provided by the contract holder. The support required is for adult single people and couples aged over 18 years of age who are homeless, have been sleeping rough, or who are at risk of becoming homeless, and need immediate access to housing and support in order to prevent homelessness in the Dudley borough. The incoming contractor must be able to provide sufficient accommodation, as stipulated by the contract, in order to provide housing related support.
