This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Health, Social and related services. ECC are tendering two call-off contracts, one using ECC terms and conditions and the other using NHS Terms and conditions. This framework is broken down into 3 lots:\r
Lot 1 -Care in a residential setting without nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r
Lot 2 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for Social Care funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over, commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier Ranked List\r
Lot 3 -Care in a residential setting with nursing for NHS funded Adults predominantly but not exclusively aged 65 and over commissioned by ICBs using NHS terms and conditions.

Supported Accommodation for Single Homeless Women

Accommodation and support service which comprise of one or a combination of support on a single site, dispersed provision with support or a combination of site based and dispersed. The model of support will provide access to 24/7 cover with sleeping in staff for any site-based accommodation. The service will be provided by a Registered Social Landlord or support provider who has an arranged in place that means the Landlord is a Registered Provider. This service will provide housing related support to single women who do not have stable accommodation, are at risk of, or currently rough sleeping and who are assessed as having a priority need, where a housing duty is owed under homelessness legislation. Many of the women supported will have experienced multiple traumas and will face barriers and inequalities in accessing support and accommodation. This is often due to the complex histories of the women, resulting in concerns from agencies about manging risks and whether women will engage in the support offer. In addition to homelessness, it is anticipated that all women supported will face two or more of the following disadvantages: Experience of domestic abuse Poor mental health Involvement with the criminal justice system/ history of offending Substance misuse

Mental Health Supported Living Camden Council Phase 1

This procurement is Phase 1 of the Mental Health Supported Living (MHSL) procurement. MHSL will provide accommodation-based support for people with serious mental illness (SMI), which includes conditions such as psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia), bipolar disorder and personality disorder. CT0627 - Temporary Accommodation & Associated Services Flexible Purchasing System (re-opening 2025)

The City of Edinburgh Council is re-opening its flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation to invite new suppliers to provide services in 2025. This is a long-term opportunity with the aim to further increase Edinburgh’s capacity for temporary accommodation. The Council require accommodation and associated services which are tailored to resident’s needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. This re-opening of the purchasing system will apply to the following within Category 1 - Temporary Accommodation with Access to Visiting Support. Category 1a - Private Rented Accommodation, Category 1b - Home Share, Category 1c - Shared House. Any providers with potential capacity should email [email protected] or [email protected] to express interest ahead of completing your tender submission. Please note, providers will not be required to have a property currently available to engage with the opportunity. The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend training on the operation of the purchasing system and PCS-T. The estimated framework value indicated in this notice is the original value which has been utilised from the start of the FPS via call-off.
