AP25008 - Temporary Staff Framework

This procurment is undertaken by Scape on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd. The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to support the Client, Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd, in the delivery of construction and maintenance-related works by facilitating the flexible, ad hoc supply of Temporary Agency Workers as and when required. A single Supplier shall be responsible for providing suitably qualified, experienced, and competent Temporary Agency Workers across a range of roles, which may include, but are not limited to: •Site Managers •Project Managers •Contract Managers •Labourers This list is indicative and not exhaustive. The Client reserves the right to request additional temporary job roles within the general scope of property, construction, and project delivery services during the term of the Framework. The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement over its full term is £4,000,000 (four million pounds), excluding VAT. Temporary Agency Workers may be required to operate at various project sites across the following regions: •Nottinghamshire •Derbyshire •South Yorkshire •Leicestershire The lead contracting authority is Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd. The Framework will also be made accessible to Via East Midlands Limited. The framework will be managed via an NEC4 Framework Agreement and the supplementary documentation (all available during the tender process). What is employee screening? Pre-employment screening is the background check undertaken for staff, contractors, agency personnel and other people with access to the organisation’s assets. Typically, this means that checks are conducted to validate and verify information provided by the screening candidate to ensure that they have provided an honest and factual representation to enable organisations to make the best hiring decisions. Aims and Objectives Suppliers bidding for this specialised service must demonstrate clearly with evidence through their tender submissions that they can undertake screening, and provide the desired outcomes for UKSBS in a cost-efficient, and accurate manner through: • compliance with UKSBS’ KPIs, UK laws, policy, legislation (UK Data Protection Act 2018), and government standards, • conformity to the BPSS and SLAs indicated, • relevant and required branding, • facility to support candidates during the screening process, • maintenance of GDPR compliance and classifications, and; • provision of reporting, reminders and communication.
