- Intermediate Short Term Flood Prevention Measures and Perimeter Ground Improvement as per the design carried out under WC1167555. The Works comprise, but not limited to, the following: - Demolition and disposal of existing concrete channel - Construction of a drainage ditch with perforated pipe both sides including backfill material - Construction of Retaining Wall - Construction of new drainage concrete channel - New Apron & Concrete slabs at front, rear and sides of the building - New footpath construction - Construction of Rainwater Absorption Pit and Silt Traps - Concrete support to the perimeter of the existing external storage unit Further restrictions/instructions: - Existing topsoil: excavate from required areas to an average depth of 150mm and keep separate, including bulbs. Upon completion of the works topsoil to be spread to areas at the same locations - Trees that need to be trimmed / cut, as per the instructions of Environmental advisor, works should be carried out by Ground Maintenance (CSP JV). - Temporary fence shall be fixed prior the removal of the existing security fence, and to remain during the construction of the new security fence. - Materials to be delivered early on site - Ground maintenance - Environmental restrictions - Antiquities - Nonconcurrent principle shall apply between the works for Barrack Block 142 & Block 159 The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: - Expression of interest: Friday 8th August 2025 - Expression of interest return: Monday 8th September 2025 - Invitation to Tender: Monday 22nd September 2025 - Tender Return Date: Friday 31st October 2025 - Contract award (Materials Order): Friday 30th January 2026 - Commencement of work: Thursday 2nd April 2026 - Completion of work (All Sites): Wednesday 30th September 2026 The currency of this project is Euro (€). Beach Management Framework

The Environment Agency requires a Framework to deliver its routine and ad-hoc beach maintenance works across all coastal frontages in England that it is responsible for. This maintenance typically consists of moving/transporting large volumes of shingle from areas of accretion to areas of erosion and evenly re-distributing shingle along the sea to restore/maintain the required standard of protection. There is a requirement to import marine dredged or land-based shingle onto coastal frontages to replenish lost material and to conduct maintenance/repairs to coastal defences and structures. There is a requirement to import and place rock on coastal frontages, as well as to provide coastal incident response, recovery and readiness support in the event of extreme weather events. This maintenance is essential to minimise the risk of coastal flooding to residential properties and commercial businesses. Market Engagement was undertaken using PIN notices via the PCR 15 regulations in May and December 2024. The Framework will operate as a single National Lot with a maximum of two Delivery Partners being appointed onto the Framework. The Framework duration will be a six-year (72 month) initial period with a 2-year (24 month) extension option (total eight years). The total estimated value of the Framework will be between £469,000,000 to £1,227,166,000 (exclusive of VAT).
