Description

DfE is re-procuring Occupational Health services and Employee Assistance Programmes for 2025-28.

This service provision fits with the department's people - wellbeing, inclusivity and diversity agenda which underpins the departments overarching objectives. Our vision is to embed wellbeing within our everyday. Our mission is to develop a culture of wellbeing that empowers our workforce to thrive, both personally and professionally. It is therefore essential that we provide an Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme provision that meets our requirements as a caring employer.  We have consulted with the programme board and stakeholders from our staff networks prior to commencing this exercise.

TENDER REQUIREMENTS This project is to procure Retained Legal Advice and Services which: 1. Provide ad-hoc access to a professional and legislatively sound advice and guidance service and paid at an agreed fixed fee each month or on an annual fee basis in the following nine key areas (non-exhaustive list): a. This will also include the provision of free briefings/update sessions/webinars on key legal changes as they arise e.g. circa 2 or 3 hours per annum.

ID 5983468 - DfE - Environmental Assessment and Planning Application for Antrim Area Hospital

The Department for the Economy wishes to engage a supplier to deliver a determined planning application for a deep geothermal system at Antrim Area Hospital (AAH). Outputs will include site selection, environmental assessments, environmental impact assessment and an application for full planning permission at the selected site. The contract is for an initial period of 24 months. In the event of any unforeseen events or delays to completion of the required works, the initial contract will be followed by two optional extension periods of up to 6 months each. Suppliers should refer to the Specification for full details of the requirements.
