Description

Activate Learning is looking to partner to support the delivery of an outdoor based, therapeutic approach to learning based across Oxfordshire. All learners will have EHCPs and require support with complex barriers to accessing education. This provision will focus on developing young people's resilience, trust and relationship to enable sustainable progression into further education opportunities for example Supported Internships.
The provision will be co-delivered with the Colleges who will undertake learner preparedness classroom provision for a percentage of the week, with the successful partner co-ordinating and providing outdoor learning opportunities linked to sustainability and food-to-plate. 
The successful partner will need to work with us within the limitations of the 16-19 funding lagged funding formula whereby successful delivery in 25/26 will lead to lagged funding being received by all parties in 26/27.  
In year 1, the cohort target will be 8 learners.

16-19 Study Programme Offer: Surrey (Football)

We are seeking partners to support in the delivery of a football Academy programme in the Guildford area. Partners must be able to provide expert coaching / playing opportunities for approximately twenty 16-18-year-old learners including academy league matches and a development plan. All programmes will be co-delivered with our faculty teams, with our College staff delivering the primary learning aim (BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma Sport), and any English and maths courses that the individual students require. Alongside their coaching and development work, partners will seek to attract learners from some underrepresented demographics and undertake community outreach work including the provision of work experience for our learners. All applicants will demonstrate robust quality assurance practices, health and safety, child protection and safeguarding policies. 16-19 Study Programme Offer: Berkshire (Football)

We are seeking partners to support in the delivery of a community-based football programme in the Reading City area. Partners must be able to provide sporting facilities for approximately 70 16-18-year-old learners including: a gym, 3G football pitch, and changing rooms. Partners will also require teaching facilities (classrooms), associated IT infrastructure, and a breakout room. Partners will be expected to employ teaching staff to deliver academic qualifications including: BTEC L1 Introductory Diploma in Sport Level 3 NCFE Sports and Physical Activity All programmes will be co-delivered with our faculty teams.
