This is a notice to Extend the Framework: Establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) framework for the sale of Materials Reclamation Facility (MRF)
1.1.	Cardiff Council wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of generating income for sale of Materials Reclamation Facility (MRF) Materials and Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Materials for a 4-year period. Cardiff Council is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) as amended.

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC), hereinafter referred to as the Authority, invites Tenders, in accordance with the Authority’s Requirements and subject to the attached terms and conditions to set up a contractual agreement for the transportation, processing, recovery and reporting of non-hazardous bulky mixed hard plastic waste from householders that have delivered bulky mixed plastic waste to our Household Waste Recycling Centre. At the conclusion of the procurement exercise, it is the Council’s intention to award a contract for an initial period of 1 year, with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months (2 years in total).
