Description

Ceredigion County Council requires a delivery partner to work with it closely in order to optimise the energy efficiency of selected premises and sites, improve the energy performance of its assets through measured and verified energy efficiency improvements and/or energy generation, reduce emissions and save money through cost avoidance associated with guaranteed kWh savings and/or income generation.
This is a mini-competition under the National Framework Agreement for Energy Performance Contracting dated 24th April 2020, OJEU reference number OJ/S S194 08/10/2019 471647–2019–EN.
This ITT uses the Re:fit Mini-Competition Option 1 (“Partner Bid” as described in Schedule 1 to the Framework Agreement) by which the Contracting Authority intends to select a delivery partner based on bidder capability, approach and pricing in response to the requirements.

Decarbonisation Framework

This Framework is being procured by Places for People Group and Procurement Hub for the benefit of itself and its Members. This Framework is available for use by public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 and additionally listed online at: http://www.procurementhub.co.uk/eligibility-criteria/ The decarbonisation Framework is designed to support the delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency measures across Places for People’s domestic assets as well as Procurement Hub members.
