Description - North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Health Care Partnership seek to commission Care at Home providers to join a transformative framework to deliver care and support for adults with complex physical and clinical Need and mental health, learning disabilities and autism and children with care and support needs across North Lincolnshire. The contract is expected to commence on 22nd September 2025 starting with a period of mobilisation. The contract will an open framework and will be for a period 36 months with the option to establish a new framework prior to the end of the 36 months.

Southend-on-Sea City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework to provide Care at Home of which is described in the Tender Specification (Section B). Southend City Council defines "Care at Home" as comprising three essential services: 1. Homecare: Personalised assistance provided to individuals in their own homes, including help with daily tasks, personal hygiene, and medication management. 2.
