Description

A Consortium of 15 Local Authorities require a Inter-Country Adoption Advice Service. The Provider is required to have the necessary processes and working practices in place to provide: adoption services in line with Standard 14 of the Adoption Minimum Standards July 2014; Adoption with a Foreign Element Regulations 2005; Regulation 19 Procedure following receipt of the Article 16 information from the Central Authority of the State of origin to ensure that children adopted from abroad are done so lawfully and by families assessed as able to meet their needs.

The Authority invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of Background Care and Support Within Supported Living Services on the Isle of Wight for Adults with a Learning Disability. The Authority requires the supplier to provide individuals with the opportunity to thrive in the shared accommodation, with tailored care and support to meet their unique needs. The goal is to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and ensure safety while respecting individual autonomy. The vision of the Authority's commissioning strategy is for all people with a learning disability living on the Island to lead fulfilling lives. The Authority are looking for a dynamic and innovative supplier to work collaboratively to transform our supported living service. This opportunity is part of an exciting transformation programme which will significantly reconfigure the way support is delivered and see a residential home move to offer a supported living opportunity. The Authority requires the supplier to provide individuals with the opportunity to thrive in shared accommodation, with tailored care and support to meet their unique needs. The goal is to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and ensure safety while respecting individual autonomy. The annual budget for this Tender is £2,695,000.00 (exc. VAT). Retender Greater Essex Individual Placement and Support for Severe Mental Illness (IPS for SMI)

Essex County Council as lead commissioner is seeking to procure a service for Individual Placement and Support for Serious Mental Illness (IPS for SMI). The IPS for SMI is an employment support service integrated with secondary care mental health services to assist people who experience severe mental health conditions to find paid work. ECC is the lead commissioner for this service on behalf of the three ICBs in Essex, namely Mid and South Essex (MSE), Hertfordshire and West Essex (HWE ), and Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE). Please note that this service will not cover Hertfordshire or Suffolk. For the purposes of this procurement, this service is an ALL Essex service, which includes the Unitary Authorities of Southend and Thurrock. The contract will have an initial term of 3 years (36 months), with an option to extend for a period of no more than 2 years (24 months) at the discretion of the commissioners. The contract value for a potential 5 year duration is capped at £1,600,000 per annum or £8,000,000 for 5 years. The service is expected to deliver IPS access to 1244 unemployed people aged 18 or over, each contract year.
