A Contractor to carry out emergency works at Stoupe Brow, Ravenscar, within the Fylingdales Moor area of North Yorkshire, situated on the category 4b road U2413/1/50, approximately 200m south of the entrance to Stoupe Brow Farm. The works involve repairing the road using gabion mattress and typical highway surfacing, investigating a suspected blocked adjacent filter drain, ditching, and gripping the road leading back towards the mast on Stoupe Brow, Ravenscar.

This strategy will promote increased joint engagement, support Early Contractor Involvement, and enable a low-carbon circular economy operating model. The new contract will require contractors to possess the technical capability and local capacity to consistently improve quality and safety standards across all highway surfacing disciplines. The new contract will feature a performance management framework that incentivises and rewards a one-team approach and excellent highway service delivery by linking work scope share and potential contract extensions.
