Description

Construction Consultancy Services under the NEC4 Framework incorporating Professional Short Services Contract (PSSC) and on occasion the Professional Services Contract (PSC) to support the Authorities Major Capital Programme Team (MCPT) with the projects relating to construction.

The required independent consultancy services are lotted into the following disciplines and roles:

Lot 1 - Multi-discipline (client delegated duties):
a. Multi-discipline (client delegated duties) - INCLUDING the role of the quantity surveyor
b. Multi-discipline (client delegated duties) - EXCLUDING the role of the quantity surveyor

Lot 2 - Project Manager (including client delegated Quantity Surveying duties):
a. Project Manager
b. Client Delegated QS Duties

Lot 3 - Supervisor:

Lot 4 - Technical Advisor:

Lot 5 - Construction Design Management Advisor

The framework will operate for up to four years (with an optional up to 1+1-year extension) with no guarantee of any works being awarded.

Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. SCAPE Scotland is establishing a framework agreement for the initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) years which will run consecutively. The maximum duration is six (6) years which is a subject to the discretion of SCAPE Scotland. Applications are welcome from companies, consortium or joint ventures. Such parties must form a single legal entity prior to contract award in order to enter into contract. A maximum of 5 bidders will be invited to ITT stage. One supplier shall be appointed to each lot. This framework agreement is available for use by the public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) cited by name in Schedule 1 to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and additionally listed in the published Corrigendum to this notice and online at: https://scape-scotland.co.uk/site-information/framework-usage-eligibility. Due to character limitations, this Contract Notice will be followed by a Corrigendum to ensure the mention of all public sector bodies eligible to use the Framework.

Car Park Extension for Twyford Parish Council

Twyford Parish Council (TPC) are acquiring land for an extension to the village hall car park, as shown on the attached plan. TPC wish to lay out this land for car parking which will appear as extension to the adjacent Parish Hall car park. Access from the highway will be via the Parish Hall car park TPC wish to secure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced engineer to: A. Design the scheme. B. Secure planning consent. C. Provide technical assistance during the procurement process to appoint a contractor. To that end the council would run the procurement process but would require assistance in validating the submitted tenders against the agreed specification of works. D. Provide technical assistance during the build process. This would entail advising the council's contract administrator that the works have been completed in accordance with contract specification allowing the contract administrator to sign them off. E. To act as the Principal Designer under CDM regulations, if required.
