Claims Management Software - JCAD LACHS V6 is used to support ECC's in house claims handling, providing claims record management, claims reports, ability to record financial details, and an online claims form that is accessible from the ECC Highways website. Claims can be submitted online, and are then reviewed and either promoted to the system, or rejected.
