NNC- SEND Transformation

Description

To develop an approach and vision for a radical alternative model (or models) for meeting the needs of children and young people with SEND across North Northamptonshire, focused on developing an inclusive, integrated system within mainstream settings for those aged 0-25. 

To undertake a review of North Northamptonshire's independent sector to understand where and how placements are being made, supported by a robust financial model to provide insight to inform future decisions and a specific focus on exits and transitions.
