High Chelmer Lifts Refurbishment Project

The Council is seeking Stage 1 tender responses from lift installation contractors with experience of installing lifts in a multi storey building that is open to the public. The processes involves a Regulated Below-Threshold Shortlisting Process based on Technical Requirements as permitted under the Procurement Act 2023, Part 6, Section 85 for Works contracts valued over £213,477. Submissions will be evaluated and shortlisted to invite final tender responses.
