Description

This 4 year framework allows CHIC Members to procure Mechanical & Electrical options in either refurbishment and replacement works, or new build.
The services and/or works required under the framework shall be required from a range of members and therefore a mixture of properties and blocks under their asset management programmes, and are to include the following lots:
Lot 1: Mechanical and Heating systems (Wet)
Lot 2: Electrical and Ventilation
