Description

Southern Water Services Limited is planning a procurement to appoint a supplier of natural gas. Our gas portfolio  consists of 19 sites across South East of England (Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Sussex, Kent) with total annual consumption at approximately 2.5GWh
We would like to engage with market participants/potential suppliers to gain insight on their interest in this procurement opportunity, feedback on approach to market in light of the new procurement regulations (Procurement Act 2023), terms and conditions of supply and their flexibility, products available and other associated services that may be provided.

Outline description and scope of requirements for the Supply of Natural Gas For clarity please see detail below: Scope of Services and Specification Summary: • The requirement has been divided into 2 regional lots based on supply areas. (Lot 1 – Phoenix network area & Lot 2 – Firmus network area). • Tenderers may bid for one or all lots and tenderers may be successful for one or all lots. • A 12 month contract is required, anticipated to commence on 1st July 2024. • Gas supply is across multiple regions on a flexible priced basis. • Only natural gas suppliers licensed by the Northern Ireland Utility Regulator are eligible to make submissions under this tender. • Information on gas consumption and the number of sites has been provided by the Association within the Tender package. However, information may be subject to minor changes and consumption may vary. • Additional sites may be added to any contracts during the contract term. • Rates are to be variable with a fixed margin • Prices should be all inclusive with the exception of VAT, which will be added at a rate of 5%. • Group billing must be provided along with an online billing facility / customer portal. • Payments from the Association are expected to be via Direct Debit with terms to be agreed.

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for Retrofit Installation Contractors and Consultants and associated services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC) (The Council) is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of contractors able to provide the delivery of Minor Construction Works in North Nottinghamshire. Contractors under this DPS will also be accessible to meet the requirements of Ashfield District Council (MDC), Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) and Broxtowe Borough Council (BXBC) for these services outlined within this DPS. Contractors will be expected to work closely with The Council to fulfil the requirements for maintaining public health and safety and protecting property which is core to the delivery of these services.
