Description

Lancaster City Council, in partnership with Lancashire County Council, wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and multi-disciplinary professional services team to establish the basis for a regeneration and investment strategy to drive positive change within Central Morecambe over the next decade.

The City Council is running a further competition using the Crown Commercial Service RM6165 Framework, Lot 2: Urban Regeneration ref. CPS1-37250-2024.

Planning applications will range across the whole of the National Park.
