Description

Provision of IT support and management at St James's Catholic Primary School, 260 Stanley Road, Twickenham, TW2 5NP in order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school's IT systems, infrastructure, and services. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the school's IT infrastructure, providing on-site and remote support, and collaborating with the school to implement long-term improvements in line with the School Development Plan. This is a co-educational school for children aged between 3 and 11 years. The school accommodates three forms of entry with some 667 pupils on roll.

Internet of Things

The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Internet of Things (IoT) for an additional 12 months until 19 September 2025. The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. The Authority wishes to take this opportunity to refresh the supplier list to ensure current suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, still have up-to-date contact details and still wish to remain as a supplier. Accordingly, suppliers that are currently on the DPS are required to refresh and resubmit their European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in order to remain as a DPS supplier. There is no need to resubmit any case study evidence for current suppliers. Current suppliers are required to submit an updated ESPD within four weeks of this Contract Notice being issued. Failure to do so will result in current suppliers being removed from the DPS. Digital Preservation Systems DPS

The Dynamic Purchasing System is being established by Jisc to provide Digital Preservation System solutions to institutions. Institutions generate, consume and keep enormous amounts of Digital Information (“Data”). In order to ensure the long-term sustainability and access to such Data, institutions make use of Digital Preservation (DP) systems to keep the Data both safe (bit preservation) and usable. Digital preservation is a relatively complex process requiring significant storage and processing power. This DPS will enable HEIs and other institutions to be able to efficiently procure Digital Preservation Systems in a way that is compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
