Hastings Borough Council are seeking to appoint an experienced consultant to undertake condition, feasibility, and design reports for the West Hill Lift, the steps from the George Street in Hastings Old Town, and the approaches to the lift at both the lower and upper station. 
This project involves comprehensively assessing and proposing designs, to RIBA stage 3, to enhance the West Hill Lift site, focussing on improving accessibility and preserving heritage.

Request for Quote - EEM Consultancy Support Insulation Framework Renewal 2025-2026

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking for consultancy support for the renewal of our Insulation and Associated Works Framework that is due to expire in April 2026. We are specifically looking for a consultant to look over the specification and pricing documents we will have drafted for the renewal of the Framework, provide some expert advice on any areas that may need updating/changing to reflect market changes or industry regulation changes along with any general advice or additional considerations to add into the specification and also any comments or amendment suggestions to be made within the pricing document or guidance on the pricing document layout.
