The contract does not cover externally managed Wandsworth services such as leisure centres and libraries, these are provided by the relevant contractor.  Lot 2: Contract covers corporate sites in Richmond, including Council-run service sites (libraries etc) in Richmond.   Lot 3: Contract covers cleaning to Sheltered Housing Blocks, Aged Person’s Dwellings and Homeless Persons Unit on Council Housing Estates and associated services.
