Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the damp remedial works and external upgrades at Kington Primary, School, Herefordshire.
This project involves internal redecoration, partial flooring replacement, localised roofing upgrades, localised drainage upgrades, play surfacing replacement and external wall upgrades such as repointing and cill replacement.

Currently the site has conditional planning permission, and the successful tenderer would be required to continue dialogue with the Local Planning Authority and TDC to discharge the planning conditions. An early market engagement has not been conducted for this project due to the nature of the project. Design and Build Contractors have been invited to tender on this opportunity and are required to submit their responses, queries and questions via the Proactis Pro-Contract system www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk .
