Description

Contract awarded, using the Procure Partnership Framework to undertake a Condition Survey of trust properties, broken down into ambulance stations, ambulance stations that may be disposed of and other buildings.
The survey will include all building fabric elements both internally and externally and a summary report with estimated costs of repair.

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to supply of surveyor services for use in the Authority’s Claims concerning Housing Disrepair (the Framework). The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. University of Bath_Estate Condition Surveys 25 26

The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings. Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List. Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019. The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required. The results of the surveys are to be entered into the University’s PlanOn IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) software package so that they can be used by the University for the ongoing maintenance and management of the Estate. Written reports are required for each building broken down by Building Fabric, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. These should give a commentary on the results of each survey.
