Description

Totally Local Company Limited are a service provider in the Civil Engineering Industry.  Sudden demands can affect our ability to deliver works within the timescales laid down within contracts being undertaken.  To ensure Totally Local Company meet all our client's expectations, Totally Local Company will be entering into a framework agreement with selected companies to assist Totally Local Company in delivery of services listed.  \r

This framework will consist of three Lots which providers can tender for:\r

Lot 1 - Minor Civil Engineering Works \r
Lot 2 - Traffic Management Services\r
Lot 3 - Arboriculture Services\r

Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Scotland - projects up to 5 million GBP

The Scottish Ministers have been working with internal and external stakeholders on the development of a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to 5 million GBP for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered, economic operators are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) including the Financial Standing Workbook, the Technical and Professional Ability Workbook (including Core Terms Acceptance and SOC Check) and the Environmental Management and Climate Change Plan Form in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document. Economic operators will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015, on the basis of the information provided within their application. A Price Quality Ratio (PQR) of 30% Price and 70% Quality (with a range of +/-20%) will be undertaken for all calls for competition under this DPS.

Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions (VCIS)

CCS has a dynamic purchasing system for Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions. The agreement started on 08 April 2020 and was scheduled to end on 07 April 2024. This provides central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure an extensive range of vehicle charging products and services. This notice advises that the DPS has been extended for up to 2 years (to 07 April 2026). The value in section II.1.5 has not been increased in line with the extension of the period of validity.
