SUSTAINABLE STEPS WALES: GREEN CAREERS PROGRAMME EVALUATION (DORMANT ASSETS)

The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking a supplier to evaluate the Sustainable Steps Wales: Green Careers programme from June 2025 to June 2031 (contract value: £300,000). This five-year, £10 million programme (2025–2030) will support young people aged 16–30 in Wales into green careers, with a focus on supporting young people with disabilities and those from ethnically minoritised communities. The supplier will generate evidence to support delivery, inform key audiences, and influence decision-making. The supplier will: 1. Work with projects and the Fund to gather consistent, proportional data and evidence. 2. Conduct yearly monitoring and evaluation to assess programme delivery and impact. 3. Actively engage decision-makers and stakeholders on behalf of the Fund, using evidence to influence policy and practice on youth employment and diversity in the green transition.
