Description

Blackpool Council is seeking an experienced Provider to deliver a rehabilitation service in Blackpool; a supported living setting with communal facilities, accommodating up to 5 people with mental health support needs and other complex issues. The Provider will be responsible for supporting individuals through a rehabilitation model of support, with the aim of them moving on to long term living arrangements. \\r\r
The Provider will have demonstrable experience and expertise in delivering person centred support to Service users with a wide range of Mental Health needs and other complex issues. This will include  experience of delivery of similar schemes with a focus on Mental Health rehabilitation and supporting Service Users to safely and sustainably move on to longer term situations.\\r\r
Providers are expected to support their tender responses with examples and evidence from their own mental health rehabilitation expertise and practice. Specific and tailored responses to the tender questionnaire, should be provided, which clearly show how Providers can meet the requirements of the Council's specification. Providers will have a commitment to, and understanding of working in Blackpool, and knowledge of the stakeholders, partners, assets and communities that may be involved in the delivery of the service in order to deliver best outcomes for Service Users.  \\r\r
The procurement is conducted under the Light Touch Regime.

Harrogate Court Extra Care Scheme

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver care and support to tenants of Harrogate Court along with housing related and general wellbeing support and a community hub, providing a high quality service at all times. Care and support packages will be delivered in line with assessed need. It will be a 24/7 service including first response. The contract will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five 12 month periods. Harrogate Court is a 50-bed apartment extra care scheme, for People aged 55 and over. The scheme has 21 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are for rent. (There is also a communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, restaurant , shop and guest room. It is a requirement of this contract that you hold a CQC rating of good or above from the start and for the duration of this contract. Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as ‘Good ‘or above with CQC.
