Description

Kent County Council  are seeking to re-procure a Kent Carers Support Service which is aimed at supporting unpaid carers within the county. This new service will replace two current services; The Carers Community Navigation Service and Carers Short Breaks service.
Key Areas of Service Delivery:
Building from the Kent Adult Carers Strategy the following key areas of service delivery have been identified for the Kent Carers Support Service:
i)	Identifying and Recognising Carers, including Seldom-Heard Carers
ii)	Empowering Carers: information, advice and training in ways that they can understand
iii)	Prevention and Wellbeing especially for lifestyle risk factors, mental health and information and advice 
iv)	Support for Young Carers' Transition to Adulthood
v)	Carers Assessment
vi)	Carers Breaks
vii)	Emergency Breaks
viii) Carers Personal Budgets
The full requirement will be available within the Specification, which will be made available when the Tender opportunity goes live.
The Service will be delivered by a lead provider for East Kent and a Lead provider for West Kent.  The two lead providers will need to work in partnership to ensure there is a seamless service that is equitable across Kent.  
There will be one Lot for each geographical area and the same service provider cannot deliver both Lots.

Waveney Adult Autism Assessment Service NW2025-100

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering a Waveney Autism Adult Assessment Service.<br/><br/>The key aims and objectives include the following:<br/><br/>To engage with autistic people and the market to commission an autism assessment service for adults registered with a Waveney GP.<br/><br/>The commissioning process will define quality with alignment to local and national standards, policy and guidance. It will include the process to measure and monitor the quality of assessments, while ensuring sustainability of the service.<br/><br/>This service is funded by health and the ICB will lead the contract from 1st October 2025. Through good integration the aims is to deliver clearer access and seamless pathways, improve patients experience and achieve better wellbeing outcomes with a reduction in health inequalities.<br/><br/>The project aims to exploit digital technology, identify innovative opportunities, promote social value and secure value for money, through listening and understanding the market and building on existing good relationships demonstrating leadership and good governance arrangements.<br/><br/>This is a 2 year contract with the option to extend for up to an additional 1 year. CT0627 - Temporary Accommodation & Associated Services Flexible Purchasing System (re-opening 2025)

The City of Edinburgh Council is re-opening its flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation to invite new suppliers to provide services in 2025. This is a long-term opportunity with the aim to further increase Edinburgh’s capacity for temporary accommodation. The Council require accommodation and associated services which are tailored to resident’s needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. This re-opening of the purchasing system will apply to the following within Category 1 - Temporary Accommodation with Access to Visiting Support. Category 1a - Private Rented Accommodation, Category 1b - Home Share, Category 1c - Shared House. Please note, providers will not be required to have a property currently available to engage with the opportunity. The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend training on the operation of the purchasing system and PCS-T. The estimated framework value indicated in this notice is the original value which has been utilised from the start of the FPS via call-off.
