quotes were evaluated and Cinos provided a much simpler/user friendly option that was demonstrated to us at a GPA site visit. This would also support our alignment to GPA as they are currently supporting all GPA sites with AV upgrades to provide a  consistent approach across the estate. This supplier is supporting our vision for a more engaging hybrid experience whilst being able to adhere to strict security controls.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking to partner with a supplier who is able to deliver connectivity for a Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD WAN). The Council has undertaken a full review of its existing MPLS WAN solution and will be running a separate procurement activity for the supply of a Cisco based SD WAN Solution concurrently with this tender. Supply and maintenance of an SD WAN Solution

The Council requires a partner to deliver and maintain a Cisco based SD WAN Solution to replace its existing MPLS WAN Solution. Additional services such as implementation services will be required. The Council has undertaken significant work to evaluate its requirements and identify a solution that will offer compatibility and integration with existing infrastructure, current Council resources and be contained within any available budget. The Council anticipates going out to tender at the end of November 2025. The solution will need to be live and operational by 22 July 2027.
