Description

The overarching aim of this project is to update and improve understanding of the flood risk from the River Hull, along with a number of other tributary drains and dikes which feed into it. It will identify the source(s) and key mechanisms for fluvial flooding.

The Environment Agency is planning to launch a new Framework to deliver groundwater modelling services across England. This framework presents a significant opportunity for suppliers to collaborate with the Environment Agency in shaping the future of groundwater modelling. Potentially, three lots to be created: Lot 1 – Modelling Work: National Groundwater Modelling Service: This service forms an integral part of the Environment Agency’s regulatory work to ensure sustainable management and protection of groundwater resources across England. Lot 3 – Groundwater Modelling Technical Support. This includes technical support for modelling, and a Third Party External Review Service: This service is to assist the Environment Agency to confirm the project has been technically well enacted and implemented with time and financial constraints.
