Description

250 kitchens and 80-bathroom replacements & associated works to meet the decent homes standard for properties that require an upgrade of their existing bathroom and/or kitchen as it is in poor condition.  This work will also provide the opportunity to upgrade the electrical installation and may include boiler replacements where required.

Guildford Borough Council (GBC) is seeking to engage 4 suitably qualified contractors for a period 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, in 2 x 12-month increments.
