Three Local Authorities are all working together to procure a multi-disciplinary consultancy service for the delivery of Engineering Services: 1) Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council; 2) Bridgend County Borough Council; and 3) Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (together “the Local Authorities”).
The services to be delivered under the Contract are:
Core Services – these are services that must be delivered under the Agreement:

A Material Testing contractor is required for the Lower Thames Crossing - Kent Roads. These works are likely to be required from Autumn 2025. The work consists of the following elements: • Provide material testing off and on site including Concrete Testing, soil classification, aggregate physical properties, Asphalt Analysis. The operatives involved in the works shall be Competent with relevant qualifications and competency cards (Lantra - /CSCS) and have a Highway Passport.
