Warwickshire County Council (the Council)has commissioned providers to deliver day opportunity services to Warwickshire residents aged 65 and over without a diagnosis of
dementia and for residents aged 18 and over with a diagnosis of dementia. Current contracts will end on 31st March 2025. 
The Council has commissioned providers to deliver dementia day opportunities (DDO) through countywide framework arrangements for dementia day opportunities with and without personal care and older people day opportunities with and without care

Shared Lives Scheme

The Authority’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a Shared Lives Scheme within Thurrock. The Supplier will assess service users moving into Shared Lives placements and manage, monitor and review those placements, service users and carers.
