Description

The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) conduct research twice a year to produce the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) analysis, which is available from January and July annually. DVLA has purchased bespoke analysis from this report previously and uses the data to benchmark against other organisations. DVLA will continue to need to have sight of its position within the range of Public Services National Organisations, as well as seeing the top 30 for website, non-website, and overall services.
