Description

Technical Consultant to support replacement of a large freeze dryer. MHRA requires a technical consultancy to support a project focused on upgrading one existing freeze dryer and ampoule filling line. The technical consultant's tasks will include requirements gathering, specification drafting, vendor selection, contract drafting and overseeing the installation, commissioning and validation of the new equipment. The documents written by the Consultancy will be used to procure, install and commission a new Freeze Dryer and Ampoule Filling line. MHRA would like the technical consultancy support to start work 1st July 2025 and with current estimates of the timelines will be required for approx. 3 years, however there will be downtimes during this duration.

7. Short description of requirement The client requires a compliant DPS Framework to deliver a wide variety of Rural Support services and engage with suppliers in an evolving sector. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Rural Support Dynamic Purchasing System. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS will be accessible for 4 years with supplier applications being accepted from September 2023 onwards via this eTender and Call-Off Competitions beginning Autumn 2023. Tranche one of applications closed on the 18th October and this notice provides details of the eTenderWales ITT for all applications between October 2023 to October 2027.
