This is an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between NHS England and the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner for 3 years to coordinate and deliver, across local health and criminal justice partners, initiatives that support the objectives of the national sexual assault and abuse services (SAAS) strategy.<br/><br/>This was procured through Regulation 12 (7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Emergency Department Stop Smoking Service

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure an emergency department stop smoking service that aims to: 1. Reduce smoking prevalence and smoking-related health inequalities by providing evidence-based smoking cessation support to adult smokers attending Emergency Departments (EDs) in Norfolk and Waveney. 2. Norfolk County Council are using the competitive process as per Regulation 11 of the Provider Selection Regime. The decision makers are the Head of Complex Transactions and Sourcing and the Assistant Director of Public Health Commissioning and no conflicts of interests have been identified. The requirement is not for a framework agreement.
