Description

ProcurePublic Limited, acting as the framework provider on behalf of Central & Cecil Housing Trust and Procure Housing has awarded its Demolition, Site Enabling & Associated Services framework.
This framework is permissible by all current and future contracting authorities, as listed in the ONS Classification Guide and available on procurepublic.co.uk. It encompasses a wide range of services, including but not limited to, building demolition, soft strip, asbestos removal, hazardous waste removal, site clearance, excavation, ground stabilisation, and the preparation of land for development. The estimated value of the framework is 1 GBP, with a total capacity of 90 million GBP.
This framework provides an opportunity for suppliers to deliver demolition and site enabling services to a wide variety of public sector projects, facilitating streamlined procurement for eligible authorities across the UK.

Roof 3 - 520m2 Scope of works: • Strip existing tiles, felt & batten, Renew with Premium treated BS5534- compliant batten and install new high-quality breathable membrane. • Renew tiles with Redland Concrete Regent tiles. • Renew ridge/hip tiles with Redland Concrete half round ridge/hip tiles and dry ridge kit. • Remove existing verge & install new dry verge unit with end caps, • Install new eaves trays, fascia vents & comb fillers. • Clear all waste and debris from site. • Scaffolding All works must be guaranteed for 30 years

Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Facility Solutions Framework

Some NHS organisations have out of date Sterile Services and/or Endoscopy Decontamination Departments. In order to maintain compliant services, NHS organisations either need to outsource these services or invest in the development of new facilities. This Framework will offer a solution for NHS organisations (Participating Authorities) wishing to invest in the development of new facilities. The Framework will allow NHS organisations to procure a Supplier who can design, build and equip a Sterile Services or Endoscopy Decontamination facility and subsequently maintain the facility and its equipment under a managed service contract. The new facility could be new build, modular or fit out, and could be located on site, or off site depending on client requirements. The Supplier may provide finance to the NHS organisation for the design, build and equip of the facility. Outsourcing of Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Services are not within the scope of the proposed Framework. The Framework will be offered in four Lots Lot 1 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services Facility. Lot 2 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services with Design, Build, Equipment and ongoing provision of appropriate facilities management financed by the Supplier. Lot 3 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain an Endoscopy Decontamination Facility. Lot 4 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain an Endoscopy Decontamination Facility with Design, Build, Equipment and ongoing provision of appropriate facilities management financed by the Supplier.
