Primary Care - GP Services include:
NHS Health Checks. The provision of the NHS Health Check programme (risk assessment, risk awareness and risk management), delivered to the eligible population across North Yorkshire.
Sexual Health Services. The provision of LARC (Long - acting reversible contraception) service to women of all ages - subdermal implant (SDI) or Intrauterine Devices (IUDs); either LNG-IUD or Cu-IUD. Chlamydia screening service to sexually active women under 25-years (as part of the National Chlamydia Screening Programme). Free condoms to under 25-year-olds and sexual health information to service users
Illicit Drug Treatment Shared Care Service - The provision of support to the adult patients aged 18 years and over within the registered population who use illicit or illicitly obtained opiate drugs and have been referred to the practice by North Yorkshire Horizons.

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide Alternative Primary Medical Services under an APMS Contract at Gordon Street Surgery, 72 Gordon Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 2JA.<br/><br/>The contract is for a duration of 5 years, the start date is 7th May 2026 and will run until 6th May 2031 with an option for the commissioner to extend for a further 4 years until 6th May 2035.<br/><br/>The contract will be an Alternative Primary Medical Services (APMS) Contract paid at equivalent General Medical Services (GMS) Global Sum rates<br/><br/>Estimated annual baseline contract value: £1,111,119. Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) The Mandeville Practice

Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is looking to re-procure the APMS contract for a maximum of fifteen (15) years for GP services to a 16,561 registered list of patients (as of 1st April 2025). It is expected that the contract holder will continue to build the registered list of patients; population growth in the area has an indicative growth of 5,000 to 10,000 in the fifteen (15) year maximum contract period. The provider will occupy the new health centre building proposed on the Hampden Fields development as an additional site, if and when available. The APMS baseline price will be the GMS price. The 2025/26 GMS price is £116.01 per weighted patient (weighted list size being 14,639 as at 01/04/25) once out of hours deduction is applied. This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
