This is a strategic aim to form a Northern Axis across the ICS based around York and Scarborough and Harrogate. Harrogate have undertaken improvement work with KPMG and there will be both efficiencies of scale, but also convergence of approach if we use KPMG. At this stage the direct award is only for a feasibility study.
