The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are issuing this tender in connection with the competitive procurement of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services. The Council is looking to procure a contract for the provision of an ASQ accredited advice service provider to deliver universal advice and information to the citizens of Barnsley and a dedicated British Sign Language provision for the deaf community. The aims of the service will be to: (a) deliver advice and information to citizens of Barnsley who seek assistance with a wide range of issues which promotes individuals independence and well-being, including promoting opportunities for individuals to return into employment and/or training, where appropriate.
