Description

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) has awarded a contract for a single full software solution to provide housing management services, repairs and maintenance and asset management across all homes whether sitting in the HRA or General Fund.

The services will be delivered to all employees of BCP Council who are involved in the provision of housing management services, repairs and maintenance and asset management across all properties whether sitting in the HRA or General Fund.

The contract is due to start 01/04/2024 with an initial term of 7 years and the option to extend for a further 4 years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken the maximum contract term would be 11 years.

Additional information: 
The contract was awarded following a Further Competition through the CCS Vertical Application Solutions Framework (RM6259) Lot 3: Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions.
