Description

The Safeguarding Management Support Service supports to the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB in managing its Safeguarding responsibilities in the Hull area. This includes the oversight of safeguarding incidents and events within the Hull area on behalf of all health care providers, working with the Local Authority Safeguarding teams through established Safeguarding structures. 
The Infection, Prevention Control service offers inspection, review and support for health Providers within the Hull area, supporting a range of healthcare providers including Care Homes and Primary Care providers.

COV - Regulation 44 Service for Coventry Children's Homes (2025)

Coventry City Council is seeking a Provider to deliver a Regulation 44 Service to the current suite of internal homes. Regulation 44 visitors shall be recruited, selected, assessed, supported and appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Safer Recruitment and Retention of staff and associated statutory guidance and regulations. The Regulation 44 visitor will be expected to visit each home once a month auditing the service offered to our children ensuring they inspect in line with the three areas of inspection (the effectiveness of the leadership and managers, how well young people are helped and protected, and the overall experience and progress of young people) and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. The Regulation 44 visitor will need to collate the findings within a report and follow a process to circulate the findings to the Children's Residential Home's Registered Manager and Ofsted. Following the visit the Regulation 44 visitor will be required to track trends across the internal homes. No Pre-Market Engagement Notice was published, and a Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published on the 14th January 2025 prior to the introduction of the Procurement Act 2023. The PIN described the contract requirement and invited providers to contact the council for discussion reference contract terms and contract period and provider pricing. Market engagement was held on 13th March 2025. Items discussed including contract length and pricing terms.
