Description

The Safeguarding Management Support Service supports to the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB in managing its Safeguarding responsibilities in the Hull area. This includes the oversight of safeguarding incidents and events within the Hull area on behalf of all health care providers, working with the Local Authority Safeguarding teams through established Safeguarding structures. 
The Infection, Prevention Control service offers inspection, review and support for health Providers within the Hull area, supporting a range of healthcare providers including Care Homes and Primary Care providers.

SKDC-1551 Moving On Service

South Kesteven District Council would like to appoint a provider to provide a structured and proactive Move-On Service that assists families facing eviction in securing alternative accommodation before eviction occurs. This service will also include mediation efforts to sustain tenancies where possible and, where necessary, support families in finding and moving into new homes. SKDC Officers will refer families into the service with their permission. The Supplier will work closely with families to assess their current tenancy situation, explore affordability for future housing, and leverage supplier's local contacts to identify and secure alternative accommodation. This could be in the form of a private rented property, a social rented property or suitable supported accommodation. Any offer of accommodation would be subject to a full suitability assessment. BT272 - Technology Enabled Living EcoSystem

Bi-borough Adult Social Care (RBKC & WCC) are exploring how to transform their approach to technology enabled living (TEL). We are seeking to understand the key opportunities, the most effective ways of realising those opportunities, the costs involved in undertaking transformation and fundamentally the return on investment. We are exploring the affordability of utilising specialist expertise from the marketplace to make this happen. We are seeking consultancy insight on costings, timings and the key activities that will be required for: 1) Developing the financially optimum operating and procurement model for the Bi-borough setting. A model that sets out a comprehensive and systematic way of prescribing, distributing, monitoring, collecting and recycling of TEL/TECH devices. A model that ensures optimum data insights and facilitates evidence led service decisions. 2) Developing the robust financial case for adopting the recommended model, setting out the immediate and long-term costs and the expected return on investment through adopting the recommended model. 3) Identify and deliver on short term cashable saving opportunities through the deployment of TEL/TECH devices. The intelligence provided will inform internal decision making as to the affordability of consultancy support with the anticipation that this enables an informed budget for a formal sourcing exercise.
