Description

Bellamy Court is located in MIddlesbrough and is made up of 47 homes; 30 flats and 17 bugalows,
The intention of this project is to uplift elements of the building both internally and externally and install new services througout the communal areas of the building at Bellamy Court The works are likely to begin from April 2024. Below is an update of works that will be carried out: 

Communal Areas
- Communal Area Doors, Automated Entrance Doors, Fire Exit Doors and Louvered Meter Room, Plant Room and Bin Store Doors, New Flooring to be laid throughout all communal areas , Vinyl and nosing replacement to stairwells, Decoration throughout communal areas, corridors and stairwells, incl. woodwork and ceilings, Removal of timber handrails and replacement with new metal handrails, Replacement tiling in communal toilets,  Celings to be lowered on ground floor by 0.4m to allow for new services being installed.

Electrical Works:
Identification and strip out of existing services, LV Distribution installation, Small power installation, Communications installation, Lighting installation, , Emergency lighting installation, External lighting installation, Access control installation, CCTV installation, Containment systems, City Fibre & Social Telecoms installation.

Mechanical Works:
New Hot Water Calorifier installation,Installation of new Heating Distribution pipe network, heat emitters and associated controls, New ventilation fans installation with associated controls, New Domestic Hot and Cold-water supply piping distribution.

External Building Works:
- Install new PVCu Rooflines and rainwater goods,  Refresh decoration to canopy, Re-pointing work to brickwork to main building where required, Cleaning down of canopy glazing and beams, Jet wash paving in rear, garden, Installation of new soffit and fascia boards, Benches surrounding main building and bungalows to be cleaned down, Clean benches around main building.

Bungalow works:
- Re-pointing works to boundary walls, Jet wash around bungalows, Install PPC handrails at front and rear entrances of all bungalows, Clean benches around bungalows.
- Communications installations.

Flat Works
- Sections of plasterboard to be removed in ceilings of the flats to allow for the heating and plumbing installation 
- New services cupboard to be installed in Flat 1
