2024-743 Anuga stand build requirements

AHDB wish to appoint a supplier to provide design, build, dismantle and disposal of a stand build for Anuga, a biannual event held in Cologne, Germany in October taking place between 04 - 08 October 2025. It is preferred that the successful supplier is able to communicate in English to key members of AHDB staff and co-exhibitors on site, and fluent German to communicate with the show organisers and services suppliers (technicians, caterers) working on Anuga. The Project Manager of the successful suppliers’ team must be available for the duration of this project, from design and construction, through to dismantling of the stand and must be capable of dealing with any eventuality. A nominated deputy must be available during any absence of the Project Manager. COV - CVLR ORT Event Management

Provision of an event management service for the Coventry Very Light Rail ("CVLR") On Road Test ("ORT") Route operations, which will occur concurrently with the ORT Route Operations, and necessitate close coordination. This includes management of the ORT Route perimeter, the interface between the ORT Route with Road Vehicles and Pedestrians and the management of external stakeholders requiring access to ORT Route. It also incorporates Passenger Experience and Event logistics, including the provision of basic Passenger welfare facilities, managing the outputs from the Event Booking System for Passengers and resultant requirements associated with checking Passenger tickets, safety briefings and access / egress to the CVLR Vehicle.
