Description

CPI are looking to appoint several Contractors for the supply of their Framework for the Provision of PPE, Workwear, Safety Equipment and Signage and Janitorial Supplies. It is envisaged that this Contract will cover the following areas:•	Workwear•	PPE Equipment•	Safety Signs•	First Aid Consumables•	Site Equipment•	Cleaning Products The Framework will be let for a period of 48 months.With regards to the budget, it is difficult to quantify as it is subject to fluctuating usage, however historically over the 4-year period CPI have spent approximately £370K. Although this does not represent our budget, nor can CPI guarantee the spend on this Contract the maximum, spend on this permitted on this Contract will be set at £600,000K.This opportunity will be broken down into the following lots:•	Lot 1 – Workwear•	Lot 2 – PPE•	Lot 3 – Safety Equipment and Signage •	Lot 4 – Janitorial SuppliesCPI are looking to appoint a minimum of 1 or up to maximum of 3 Contractors per lot.

Roof Safe Access Specialist Contractor

The NHM intends to create a Framework Agreement for the Design and Build of roof access safety systems over a period of 3 years, with two optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year. The Framework Agreement will include the ability to call off for a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) and a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver construction of the roof access system. Due to funding restrictions, only work in FY2526 is guaranteed and all works must be completed by March 2026. Subject to funding availability in future years and satisfactory performance in the current years' contracts, the NHM will call off on the PCSA and JCT Design and Build Contract for subsequent year's works. P-3226 Managed Service for the Supply and Delivery of Corporate Clothing and Workwear

Translink wishes to appoint a suitable contractor to provide Corporate Workwear and Structured Garments (“workwear”) to staff numbers in the region of 3800. The current process for the provision of workwear to staff is managed by Translink’s Human Resources Department. Issues have arisen with this process, for example, difficulties obtaining workwear orders from staff in a timely manner due to inaccessibility and shift working and limited/no storage facilities for workwear at a number of locations. The workwear roll-out and returns process also requires significant administration by the HR Department in agreeing dates for roll-outs, coordinating returns, tracking exchanges and investigating discrepancies. Translink is therefore keen to move to a direct delivery model between the staff member and the appointed contractor, with minimal input from Translink. Your response must be submitted via the relevant call for tender (CfT). No other method of submission will be accepted.
