The aim of the contract is to provide LBWF with additional capacity and expertise to process Revenues Resilience Offsite processing of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates claims and changes of circumstances in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.\r
The contract is divided into two lots: \r
•	Lot 1 - Billing and Collection \r
•	Lot 2 - Recovery and Enforcement
