Description

NECS hosts the Cervical Screening Administration Service (CSAS) providing a call/recall service for cervical cancer screening. 
The service manages approximately 350 'cases' each day, received via whitemail, phone calls, emails and web forms, for management and resolution in a timely manner and to a high standard. A Dynamics 365 platform is the existing solution that was developed for the service to manage the workload, and there are no plans to change this under the current SLA with NHS England.
