The City Centre urban improvements programme forms part of the Council's wider Connected Places Strategy, to continue earlier phases of improvements for active travel connectivity, supporting the local economy and providing safe spaces for public events and outdoor seating
City of Wolverhampton Council are now required to carry out the detailed design for engineering works between Darlington Street and Piper's Row; to create new event spaces and improve public safety, linking into existing cycle and walking routes. It is also necessary to support the Project Team through external design reviews by Transport for West Midlands. It is also necessary to provide Principal Designer support throughout the delivery phase.

This Contract Notice is to inform the market that the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Drainage Investigations and CCTV Surveys has been extended for one year until 30th November 2025, in accordance with the DPS Agreement and original tender documentation. The surveys are required as part of the Council’s statutory duties under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, the Highways Act (1980) and for Asset Management purposes. The requirement is for surveys only, not repairs.

Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Specialist Professional Services

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to be appointed under a Dynamic purchasing system ("DPS") for the provision of specialist professional services. The DPS is divided into 20 lots as detailed further in the procurement documents and will be accessible for use by UK Public Sector Bodies (and any future successor organisations) which includes Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. Professional Consultancy Services DPS

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a database of Approved suppliers considered capable of carrying out professional consultancy services to a satisfactory standard. The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2. The specific services cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, buildings and civils professional consultancy services. The DPS is a 2-stage process: Stage 1 - All providers who meet the selection criteria within the online Questionnaire and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. New providers can also apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime. Stage 2 - Contracts are awarded during the second stage. A Call-Off competition will be put out inviting each approved provider on the DPS list relating to the particular Lot.
