Description

NHS England South East (the Commissioner) is seeking to procure providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver COVID vaccination outreach services. The services additionally will cover enhanced aspects of vaccination awareness, engagement, communications and education.
The core aim of each Lot is to reduce the gap in vaccination uptake by eligible individuals and cohorts within population groups who experience health inequalities, and link population groups and areas of need to preventative healthcare and support. 
This takes place in two main ways:
-	By removing barriers and increasing access to vaccinations for those populations who cannot or struggle to access core services, and
-	By building confidence in vaccinations and wider health services among individuals and groups who may not typically take up vaccinations or engage with health services through standard approaches
The commissioned services should embody the ambitions of the National Vaccination Strategy, 'Shaping the future delivery of NHS vaccination services' published in December 2023.
The initial contract term of each Lot is 6 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. Services are due to commence from 1st October 2025.

The combined fully extended contract value across all lots is £1,940,925.
The number of vaccination clinics to be delivered to be agreed with the commissioner and suppliers will be paid on activity undertaken up to the maximum value of the contract.

Health and Medical Assessment and Expert Witness Services in relation to Fitness to Practice

The General Dental Council (GDC) will be to procuring Health and Medical Assessment Services in relation to its Fitness to Practice cases. The GDC has a duty to protect the public and patients and investigate concerns about dental professionals and where appropriate, take action through our FTP process. To enable informed and timely decisions throughout the process, we require an independent contractor to provide specialist medical assessments and testing to provide findings on dental professional’s fitness to practice.
