This project is for the procurement for the supply and provision of the Management Information System (MIS) for Merton Adult Learning and the option of a fully data managed service including reports on all financial and learner data information.  The data management information system secured must include consideration of an economic and effective data management solution for Merton Adult Learning.

The People Data Hub and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project aims to streamline and centralise Identity data management across the university ensuring governance policies align with access rights and permissions. By incorporating automated workflows and policy enforcement the People Data Hub and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project will: - Aggregate data from multiple sources, ingest data feeds and create identity records. - Detect and process records - deduplication, merging and splitting person data. - Ensure data accessibility, consistency and reporting adhering to seamless integration. - Reduce human error, enhance security and mitigate risks related to access. - Comply with various regulations and standards.
